This wonderful, original goache painting was an illustration for a book and was probably painted during the 1930s/1940s. It is signed by the artist Arthur Batchey, and the quality is exceptional. It is framed in a contemporary wood frame and measures 17 inches by 13 inches. Condition is perfect.

Print by Escher
Framed black and white pring by Escher, made I believe in the 1970s. Typical Escher puzzle!

Icart Style Limited Edition Print
Original 1920s limited edition print, 75/380 and signed by the artist in pencil, possibly L. Davanifo, but indistinct. The picture is of a beautiful lounging lady sitting in a garden scene with her borzois dog, very much Louis Icart in style. It is mounted in an old wood and gesso ovular frame which measures 26 inches by 22 inches and has silver and gold gilding. Condition is very good with a few minor expected foxing marks to the card. Please note the marks visible on the bottom of the picture are reflections of the camera in the glass and not damage.

Passionate Peirotte - Water colour
French limited edition poichoir painting. A picture of a Peirotte kissing a nude lady. Unframed it measures 13 inches by 9.5 and it is dated April 1925 and signed in pencil by the artist Tito. It will be framed in a contemporary wooden frame and the condition is excellent. I have another similar one by the same artist which matches this one nicely. It is shown below. They are limited edition 1920s Poichoirs which have been hand stenciled in water colours. Poichoirs are prints that have been stenciled with as many as 30 colours by a hand cut stencil which is applied by hand. Tito was a very famous French artist who worked during the Deco years.

Peeping Pierre
