Galalith Necklace by Jakob Bengel
Stunning 1930's German modernist necklace made of green and black galalith (bakelite) and chrome. It has an approx. 18 inch (24cm) total length and the bottom central panel measures approx. a large 2.5 inches (6cm). I also have this same necklace in cream/black and red/black. Similar items can be viewed in the Art Deco Schmuck book. Excellent condition.

Aztec necklace by Bengel
Chunky double chain red and black galalith necklace made in the 1930s by Jakob Bengel. The centre sections are hinged and it is old/new stock. It has an approx. 16 inch (41cm) drop and the bottom central panel measure approx. a large 1.45 inches deep (5cm). I also have this same necklace in reverse colors of mainly black with red stripes.

Huge German Bauhaus Brooch
Large vintage modernist German designer brooch. An unsigned piece but probably by Willhelm Wagenfeld. It is made of bronze and chromed metal and measures a large 4.75 inches by 2 inches (12 x 5cm). Fitted with a roll safety clasp. In excellent condition.

Chunky Modernist Necklace
This is one of the famous modernist necklaces from the Bengel factory, made in 1932. Snake chain with chrome panels mounted with green and black galalith. Central panel measures 1.5 inches high. Total length of the necklace is 17.75 inches (45cm) from clasp to clasp. Condition is excellent.
