Craquelier Terracotta bookends signed Hadji
Wonderful stylised bookends as Chevalier (jousting knights) in tan crackle glaze finish measuring 8 inches wide by 7.5 inches high and 3 inches deep (20x19x7cm). These are top quality bookends from France, stamped Editions Etling, also signed Marcel Guillard, along with the artists name Hadji. I believe these bookends to be a rare item of obvious quality and in exceptional condition with no apparent damage or repairs, although one bottom corner point has a slight rough edge, possibly where the glaze has not covered. Please email me for more pics, especially of the numerous stamps and signatures underneath.
