Rare Stylised Squirrel
French crackleglaze stylised squirrel measuring approx. 11.5 inches (29cm) high. I have not seen this particular squirrel before and can find no signatures or makers mark, although it might have been covered in glaze which is quite common on these items. Condition is very good with just a couple of tiny marks to the glaze which again is quite common on craqueliers.

Bachelors Tea Set by Longwy
Lovely, large faience pottery bachelors tea set with modernist angular shape, consisting of teapot, tray, milkjug, sugar bowl, 1 teacup and saucer. Typical Longwy crackle glaze ground with raised geometric patterning in pink and cerise. Factory printed marks to the underside and in very good condition with just a small innner glaze crack to the milk jug, not on the outside. A large set - the tray measures 14.5 inches (37cm) in diameter and is octagonal in shape.

Ref: CH736 . . . £645

Austrian Terracotta by Anzengruber-Keramic
Unusual hand made terracotta musician - a rare piece by the Viennesse company of Anzengruber-Keramic. He measures 7 inches high (18cm) and is stamped under the foot Handmade in Austria Anzengruber, and still retains the original sticker to his leg. Leopold Anzengruber founded his company in Vienna in 1949, and I would date this piece around this time. Condition is good but with 2 small chips - one to the hem of his jacket and one to the grass under his knee. It has also probably had some previous restoration around his knee as there is a mark to the back but barely noticeable, hence £165

Ref: CH737 . . . £165

Lenci Style Ceramic Statue
Cute ceramic boy with a scarf, bursting with flowers, hanging on an umbrella. He measures approx. 11 inches (28cm) high and is of exceptional quality and possibly Lenci - although the only marking is Italy hand written under the base. Condition is very good with a tiny chip on the umbrella and one petal missing from the flower in the scarf.

Ref: CH738 . . . £365

Robj style Flacon Liquer
Lovely ceramic pierotte - very Robj in style but unsigned, measuring 10.5 inches high (27cm) and with his hat as the stopper. These flacons were designed as liquer bottles and Robj made a whole series of them modelled as people in different costumes. Condition is good.
