Lady Piper Vase by Pompeia
Unusual French vase with silhouette of Panette. It still retains its original shop label under the base which reads - Pompeia object d' art Porte Dijeaux. The front is also marked Pompeia, possibly made by Orchies for Pompeia. It measures approx. 10 inches (25.5cm) high. Condition is vintage with some minor wear to the gilt banding.

Ref: CH1386 . . . £295

Baluster Vase by Orchies
Beautiful French hand painted crackle glaze vase, made in the 1902s/early 30's. It measures 9.5 inches (24cm) tall and is signed to the base with the Orchies windmill mark, model number 900 and made in France. Condition is vintage and used but very good.

Ref: CH1358 . . . £565

Secessionist Vase
Cream ceramic crackle glaze vase, very much in a Moser style. Probably Austrian with an impressed mark to the base that I am not familiar with - looks like a shield with possibly a panther on the top?. It measures 12.5 inches tall by 5 wide (32cm x 12.5). Condition is good but there are a few marks to report. A dark stain in the glaze to one foot, a small split under glaze to the bottom arch, and a couple of tiny nibbles to the glaze around the feet. I feel that these are probably there from new as they all seem to be under glaze. This is in fact the nature of crackle glaze items.

Ref: CH1360 . . . £395

Boch Freres Pottery Vase
Belgian Boch Freres vase, model number unreadable. Decorated with stylised flowers and leaves in orange, black and green. It measures 11 inches (28cm) tall. Made I believe in 1927, marked Boch to the base. Condition is very good with no damage or repairs.

Ref: CH1364 . . . £595

Boch Keramis Pottery Vase
Belgian Boch Keramis vase, model number D1208. Decorated with stylised leaf patterning in green and yellows. It measures 12.5 inches (31.5cm) tall. Made I believe in the 1928, marked Keramis to the base. Condition is very good with no damage or repairs.

Ref: CH1365 . . . £595

Boch Keramis Vase
Fabulous Belgian geometric vase, stamped Keramis to the base. I believe this one was produced in 1931, although the number to the base is not clear it is probably D1210. It measures 12 inches (30cm) tall. Unfortunately there is a hairline to the top of the vase which someone has attempted to cover with a layer of paint to the inside edge. The crack measures 2.5 inches long from the neck down but the vase is still very solid. A rare pattern but not perfect hence £395

Ref: CH1366 . . . £395

French bulbous heavy ceramic vase. Hand painted and signed D'Argyl to the base. It measures 8 inches (20cm) high and is finished in a high glaze. In very good condition.

Acorn Vase by Villien/Dage
French art deco terracotta vase with bronze acorn detail around the neck and sides. This vase is a marriage of two different artists. The terracotta body was made and hand painted by Louis D'Age and then the gilt metal bronze collar was added by Andre Villien who was a metal worker. The vase measures 8 inches (20cm) high. Unsigned but undoubtedly by the two artist. In good vintage used condition.
