Signed Bronze Clock Set
A pair of solid bronze doves nestling amid garlands of stylised flowers with high gilding. The face of the clock has some faint figural detailing and the base is of brown onyx with matching pieces - in the style of Sue et Mare, but signed J. Merlat. It measures approx 17 inches long by 5.5 inches deep and 9.5 inches high and is very heavy for its size. Condition is very good and it is working. A quality piece - a rare find.

The case measures 21.5 inches long by 7.5 inches deep by 15.5 inches high (54cm x 19cm x 39cm) and is made of marble and onyx. The clock is working and it comes with its pendulum and key although it chimes just a couple of minutes after the hour and half hour, possibly a minor fix. Leon Hatot Clock
A French bakelite and glass clock by the electric clock maker of Leon Hatot and with the impressed name associated with him of ATO to the front face of the moulded glass. Apparently the glass in this model can be attributed to Lalique. Original movement and battery holder to the rear but missing its original bakelite door cover but with a replacement scratch built cover. It measures approximately 9.5 inches high (24cm), 8.5 inches wide (22cm) and 5 inches deep (13cm) including the battery holder. This clock now has a replacement quartz movement fitted for perfect time keeping although we have kept the original movement which is sold with the clock. In very good original condition.

Bronze Diane Clock Set
French silvered bronze clock set. To the side is a silvered bronze Diana with either a fox or her dog. The clock face with typical art deco numerals. On the front of each garniture is a silvered bronze plaque of arrows and a hunting horn. The tops of the side vases lift off. There is some marble loss to the inside marble which holds the lids on in the inside of the vases but this is not visible from the outside once the lids are on. The clock measures 13 inches wide by 6 inches deep and the total height is 17.5 inches to the top of her bow (33cm x 15cm x 44.5cm). Each garniture measures 11.25 inches high by 4.75 inches wide and 4.25 inches deep (29cm x 12cm x 11cm). Condition is good with the mentioned marble nicks as above and the face of the clock shows a little age wear. A very rare clock with a nice bronze statue at an affordable price.
