Large Female Spelter Figures 7

Diana and Deer by Uriano
This is another Diana the Huntress group, an unsigned piece by Uriano, (it appears that Uriano never signed this particular model), and measuring 30 long x 6 inches deep x 21 inches high (76x15x53cm). The base is of white striated black marble and the whole piece is in very good original condition with just a few nicks to the marble edges and the lady is a bit wobbly on the base.

Ref: F921 . . . £1,095

Pannette and Dancing Fawns
A lovely French spelter lady playing pipes to two frolicking kids and mounted on a 19 inch (49cm) long Portorro marble base with canted corners. The group stands 12 inches (30cm) high and 6 inches (15cm) deep, and although unsigned, the style is Henry Fugere. The condition is good with no apparent damage or repairs.

Ref: F438 . . . £550

Gypsy Dancer by Sega
French bronze patinated spelter Gypsy dancer with tambourine, signed P. Sega to the back of her skirt. Mounted on a wonderful curved black marble with contrasting rosso marble end feet and silvered metal bar trim to the front. Total height of the figure is 18 inches and the base measures 19 inches long by 6.25 deep (46cm x 48cm x 16cm). Condition is good with a few minor nicks and scratches to the marble.

Ref: F1429 . . . £595

Lady and Fawn
A large bronze lady holding a spelter fawn and standing next to the mother deer. The deer and the lady's dress has a bronze patina and her skin has an olive coloured finish. She is an unsigned figure and I have another of the same subject. She measures a large 19.5 inches tall and the base is 24 inches wide, made of a speckled black marble with 2 onyx intersections to the front. Condition is good with just a few minor scratches and marble nibbles.

Ref: F444 . . . £695

Cipriani Bird-Lady
A classical kneeling lady with birds by the artist N. Cipriani. Made of green patinated spelter and mounted on a 20 inch base of white striated black and brown marble, with a lovely circular swirling detail to the top brown marble. She stands 15.5 inches tall and is in good original condition with no apparent restoration or damage.

Diana the Huntress
An unsigned French spelter figural group of Diana and dog, standing a large 21.5 inch high, on a 19 inch long and 8 inch deep base of portorro marble and brown and cream onyx. She has a grey skin tone and black enamelling to her dress, and is carrying her arrows on her back. Condition is very good and original with some expected ageing to the patina and a few minor nibbles to the edges of the marble.
