Large Hunter by Uriano
Chunky French male hunter by the French artist Uriano. He has a green-bronze patina and is mounted on a wedge shaped base of Sienna and black marble. Statue measures approximately (from memory) 29 inches (74cm) long and approximately 18 inches (46cm) high. Condition is very good with a few age related marble nicks which are to be expected.

'The Watch' - by Uriano
Another French spelter male figure - a signed piece by Uriano, and mounted on a 19 x 6 inch black marble base, and standing 12.5 inches tall. Condition is good with a little hazing to the marble surface at one end.

Male Archer by Le Verrier
1930's bronze patinated spelter archer by Max Le Verrier. He is kneeling on a stone base, signed to the reverse. Total height is 10 inches and 8.5 inches long and 2.5 inches deep. (27x21x6.5cm) Condition is extremely good.

Golfer Striker by Lorenzl
Unsigned Austrian spelter boy with golf bag, central golf club is the striker wand. Designed by Lorenzl (I also have a signed one). Mounted on an onyx base with the striker bar to one end. 8 inches high (20cm). Very good condition.

'Age Primitif' by Chiparus
This huge French spelter male warrior is an unsigned Chiparus, and measures nearly 30 inches long and 22 inches high by 7 inches deep (75x56x18cm). It has an green-bronze patina and the base is of Belgian Black marble. Condition is very good with a chip to the back corner of the marble and so he is priced accordingly. Email me for more pics.
There is a connection between J. De Roncourt and Chiparus as I have had this piece signed by both artists. It can date this to 1935 as I have the original makers brochure - Societe Francaise des Bronzes and Fontes D'Art.

Man in Chains by Rudens
Large French bronze patinated spelter man chained to a rock. He is mounted on a black marble base that measures 27.5 inches long by 7.5 deep (70cm x 19) and is signed Rudens to the end of the base. Total height to the top of the mans head is approximately 15 inches (38cm). Condition is very good with just a few tiny marble nicks.

'The Hunter'
A spelter hunter mounted on an onyx and portorro lozenge shaped base, measuring 24 inches by 6 inches deep and 16 inches high, with a pair of onyx intersections. Signed indistinctly (Kowas), of whom I am not familiar. The patina is a mustard on dark green ground and is suffering from some patina loss. Otherwise in nice original condition with just the usual marble nibbles.

Bending Tree man by J. De Roncourt
French spelter man levering a tree, a signed statue by Joe De Roncourt. He has a dark green-bronze patina and the base is made of spelter and black marble. Measurements are approximately and can be confirmed - 16 inches long by 12 inches high (41cm x 31cm). Signed and in good condition.
