Modernist Necklace by Bengel
I have 4 of this same chunky necklace in various colours. Graduated chrome balls with long fins of cream and peach galalith, made by Jakob Bengel in the early 1930's. Central section measures a large 3 inches wide by 2 inches high, and the total length from clasp to clasp is approx. 17 inches (43cm). Condition is excellent as new/old stock item.

Famous Modernist Necklace by Bengel
This is one of the famous modernist necklaces from the Jakob Bengel book, made in 1932. The same piece is viewable on page 198 of the first book. Three two tone green galalith sections that measures 1.75 inches high. Total length of the necklace is 16.75 inches (43cm) from clasp to clasp. Condition is very good.

Egyptian Necklace by Bengel
German green galalith and chrome chain mail necklace, made in 1931. Total length from clasp to clasp is 18 inches (46cm). The central panel measures a further 2 inches high (5cm). In excellent condition as new/old unsold stock.

Belgian Flapper Necklace by Ebena
Amber and red galalith chinese style beads by the famous Belgian company of Ebena. (See my info on artists page). Made in the early 1920's it measures 24 inches long (61cm) from clasp to clasp The bottom multi coloured enameled container holds needles, thread and a thimble and measures a further 1.75 (4.5cm). Condition is very good but there is an old chip to the enamel on the container bottom.

New for 2008 is this wonderful dragon brooch. It measures 3 inches by 3.25 (8cm) and is signed on the V clasp.

Another lovely German modernist necklace by Jakob Bengel. This one has arrow panels of green and yellow galalith, chrome balls and chain. It measures 18.5 inches (46cm). Arrows each measure 2 inches high (5cm). Condition is very good as new/old stock.

Pendant Necklace by Bengel
Stylish pendant necklace by Jakob Bengel dates to the early 1930's. It measures 23.5 inches (60cm) long from clasp to clasp and the central pendant section measures almost 3 inches (7cm) high. Condition is good but used.

Lady Lamp by Nuart
American metal nude lady lamp, sitting on a stepped base plinth next to an amber crackle shade. It measures 8 inches long by 7 high (20cm x 18). The condition is very good with just a few tiny edge nibbles around the bottom of the shade where it inserts into the base.

Dancing Lady Lamp
English spelter lady lamp with silvered patina, supporting a ribbed shade. Total height is 21.5 inches (55cm). Condition is ok but the shade holder is not the original. Still a very stylish lamp.
