NutBird Smokerabillia by Dunhill
These strange nutbird YZ items were made by the Dunhill Lighter Company in the 1930's. The bird is wooden with a galalith beak and feet that match the ashtray and glass eyes. The base is of macassar ebony and it is rare to find with its original ashtray intact. The bird measures approx. 7 inches tall (18cm) and the base measures 8 inches wide (20cm). The makers stamp YZ Made in England appears under the base. Condition is very good with just a small chip under his beak.

Large Nutbird Gong by Dunhill
Whacky nutbird dinner gong, made by the Dunhill Lighter Company in the 1930's and stamped YZ under the base. The base is of macassar ebony as is the gong handle. The gong itself is tapped metal and the nutbird is wood with red galalith beak, feet and glass eyes. The bird measures 10 inches (25cm) high and the base measures approx. 8 inches wide (20cm). Condition is very good and original.

Onyx Table/Wall Mirror
Top quality French bronze and Brazillian onyx framed mirror. Can be hung or table top by its tripod stand. Very heavy. It measures 13.25 inches by 11 inches. Condition is very good and original with good glass but the onyx appears to have some repaired cracks. Still a stunning mirror.

Stylised Borzois Desk Tidy
Silvered metal fan lid with stylised borzois handle and black vitrolite base. The base has 4 sections and the lid has deco fan shapes inside. Bears a makers stamp and possibly a hall mark, but indistinct. Also marked copyright USA. Condition is undamaged but there is some wear to the silvering on the lid. Measures approx. 6.5 inches square (17cm).

Wood Picture Frames
French wooden picture frames in two sizes, the larger measures 14 x 8 inches (36 x 20cm) and the smaller 9 x 4 inches (23 x 10cm). Both in excellent condition.

Double Travel Mirror
Stylish double mirror with modernist deco motifs painted in enamel. One mirror is normal the other is magnifying. Both ends unscrew from the flexible metal arm and includes the original travel case. 6 inch diameter (15cm). Condition is very good with just a couple of tiny enamel chips.

Magnifying glass
Fold up travel magnifying glass with chrome handle and green celluloid frame. Handle opens and folds back into the frame, so that it can be fitted into its original leather carry case. Ideal for a ladies hand bag. Condition is very good.

Large Wood Vase Signed
French hand carved wooden vase of baluster form with carved pine cones pattern, measuring a large 12 inches (31cm) high and comes with its original glass liner. Condition is very good. I also have a large carved table lamp of similar style (L979).

French Metal Planter
Silvered spelter planter with guilt stylised floral patterning. It measures approx 12 inches long by 5 inches high (30cm x 13). Condition is good with some aging to the patina.
