Greta Garbo Wall Mask by Podany
Beautiful wall mask I believe of Greta Garbo. Made by Rudolf Podany around 1937. She measures a large 11.5 inches 30cm) tall. The back is marked Keramos model number 1668, signed DT and stamped Podany and Made in Germany. Beautifully hand painted with typical Podany life like eyes.

Czech Wall Mask by Borsdorf
Cute smaller sized terracotta wall mask, beautifully hand painted. It measures approximately 5 inches (12.5cm) high. Marked to the back Borsdorf Czechoslovakia. In very good vintage condition.

Wall Mask by Goldscheider
Large terracotta, 14 inch (36cm) Goldscheider wall mask. Beautifully hand painted and made in the mid 1930's, bearing the Goldscheider, Wien stamp and the Made in Germany mark which dates it to around mid 1930's. Also marked model number 7646. There was also a model made holding a cigarette but not this one. Condition is very good.

Wall Mask by Prischl
Hand painted wall mask, I believe by Adolf Prischl in the early 1940's. Very Goldscheider in style but then Prischl once worked with Goldscheider. It measures 9.25 inches (23.5cm) high. There is some residue of an old stamp to the back but it is no longer readable. Condition is very good with just a tiny bit of paint loss to the tip of her nose.

Camphor Chest
Camphor chest with dragons carved to the lid and front. Circa 1920's gives off a fabulous camphor smell when you open the lid. These chests were made for storing linen in as they kept moths off as moths do not like the smell of camphor wood and will not go near it. It measures 40 inches long by 20 deep by 22 high (102cm x 51 x 56). Condition is vintage and used but good.

French Bedroom Suite
Just arrived, purchased in France but could be by Decoene (Belgium), an exceptional quality amboyna and walnut and possibly mahogany French bedroom suite comprising a 3 door wardrobe with central glass door flanked by a pair of serpentine doors with original silvered bronze handles with ball detail. A 'U' base dressing table with swivel mirror, 5 curved front drawers and glass top protector, pair of matching bedside cabinets with single door and cupboard below with ball handles, again glass topped to protect the surface. The large bed features a simple flat headboard with wonderful figuring to the veneer and a curved footboard which mirrors the curve on the dressing table and wardrobe drawers. The bases of the set are all similar sledge shaped. Condition of the set is very good and we feel doesn't require renovation, however there are a few minor nicks, marks and small veneer chips due to age and use.

Four serpentine drawers with central knee hole drawer above a 'U' base and central lower shelf. A single glass top to protect the top surface. It measures 43 inches wide, 30 high and 19 deep (109cm x 76cm x 48.5cm).

A pair of matching bedside cabinets with single drawer above a shelf and with a single cupboard below. Matching base to the rest of the set. Glass topped. Each cabinet measures 24 inches high, 20 wide and 12 deep (61cm x 51cm x 30.5cm).

It measures 69 inches long, 18 deep and 70 high (175cm x 46cm x 178cm). A central full mirror glass cheval door and flanked by serpentine doors with bronze handles. The base is sledge shaped. Inside there are five full width shelves and one drawer. The fronts of the shelves have a coloured marquetry inlay patterning (photo available on request).

Full size bed complete with its original sidebars and serpentine shaped footboard. Matching base. The headboard measures 59.5 inches wide, 45 inches high (151cm x 114.5cm). The side bars each measures 74.75 inches (190cm) long. The footboard measures 59.5 wide x 26 inches high (151cm x 66cm). Lots more pics available.
